Beyond the Obstacle

Interestingly, international medical business growing much slower than ordinary trading business: comsumable electrics, textiles, furnitures, etc..

Majorly because the healthcare business is under high level of surveillance from each government, since it directly related to the health of people.

Business is based on trust, however to build trust, partners need to over the obstacles of different language, different religion, different culture, and most hard part, a lot of investment to become a valid player in the healthcare industrial.

From the manufacturer side: “We’ve spend a lot of money design and launch this product, and we believe we are the best in this field. Anyone who need to work wih us, need to invest with sample/invest into the market to let us trust them!”

From the distributor side:”We’ve spend 10/20/50 years to establish our trust with local end user, we’re the best player in this field. Anyone who wants to cooperate with us, need to invest with sample/invest into the market to let us trust them!”

Communicate is always the best way to solve dispute, in the end, both party is willing to creat a good future in the market. Just try to find a blurprint for both parties can be benefit, that would be the way of doing long term business.
